Job Summary

We are looking for a Quality Analyst with great Presentation and Communication skills, bringing improvement to our productive process, foccusing on our indicators and observance of Quality Assurance Pillars. This professional will work at Quality Assurance Dept.

This position is based on Ponta Grossa, Paraná, Brasil.

Tetra Pak does not offer work visa or relocation support for this role.

What you will do

As Quality Analyst you will:

  • Manage Defect Waste Indicator through Performance Reports and Follow Up (daily, weekly, monthly), identifying opportunities, implementing improvements (Teams, Projects, Small Changes), elaborating Gap and Anomaly Analysis;
  • Manage Claim & Recalls Indicators through Performance Reports and Follow Up (daily, weekly, monthly), identifying opportunities, implementing improvements (Teams, Projects, Small Changes), elaborating Gap and Anomaly Analysis;
  • Pursue Product and Process Capability Increase through the improvements implemented in the process, maintenance and innovation, using and helping other to use Statistical Process Control tools;
  • Take part on Quality Assurance Pillar , by being responsible for the usage and sharing knowledge on Improvement Methodologies and Tools and Complaints and Defect Analysis; take part or support mentoring and auditing of Quality Assurance Pillar Team;
  • Lead development and system maintenance aiming Zero Defect (based on Quality Matrix), measuring System Performance, Detecting and Managing Deviation and other Events Recurrence (Daily Management System);
  • Learn and seek optimization of Quality Barriers.
Who you are
  • Bachelor Degree in Production/Mechanical/Chemical/Material Engineering;
  • Great Experience in Production Environment and Quality Dept.;
  • Fluent English
  • Advanced knowledge and usage of Microsof Office Suite (Excel, power point, word, outlook);
  • Knowledge and Experience with Problem Solving Tools/Methodologies (e.g. Ishikawa Diagram/Root Cause X Effects, 5 WHY´s, etc);
  • Knowledge and Experience with Statistical Process Control;
